The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction and refurbishment projects. This is a well-structured role within a business known for strong systems, process, and long-term career development.

Reporting to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction and refurbishment projects. This is a well-structured role within a business known for strong systems, process, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts across live projects
- Prepare progress claims, variations, and cost reports
- Procure and negotiate subcontract and supplier packages
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow reporting
- Ensure contractual compliance and commercial governance
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support Project Managers with commercial risk management
- 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator
- Background in commercial construction or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of AS contracts (AS4000/AS2124 preferred)
- Well organised with strong commercial acumen
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Construction Management or related qualification
