The Client
Our client is the leading transport and roads agency for New South Wales. The organisation is responsible for improving the customer experience, planning, program administration, policy, regulation, procuring transport services, infrastructure and freight.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.

- 6month contract opportunity with NSW State Government
- Immediate start required
- Located in Macquarie Park but the office is currently working from home
- $300 - $425 per day + super
- Provide high level executive secretarial and administrative support to senior executive management
- Including the preparation of confidential briefing notes, ministerials and memoranda to ensure completion within specified timeframes
- Organise meetings and conferences for senior executive management, including booking venues,sending invitations, and preparing agendas and meeting documentation
- Maintain senior executive management diaries including arranging of training and travel and monitoring and managing the urgency and appropriate diversion of incoming calls
- Develop and maintain the divisional Document Control System to ensure a timely response to all internal and external correspondence
- Experience in complex diary management, scheduling various meetings and appointments
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
