Job description
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established, national Tier 2 Building Contractor in Perth, WA who are experiencing exciting growth in 2021, having already secured a number of new projects and an extremely healthy pipeline of work to secure an experienced Estimator to join their team.
As an Estimator within this leading contractor, you would play a key role with tendering on a diverse range of building projects, typically ranging anywhere from $10m-$80m. A client that have an extremely diversified portfolio of projects and a proven track record in high quality delivery. Project sectors include; Commercial Offices, Education, Hotels, Apartments, Data Centres and Mixed Use developments to name a few.
Having offices in every state within WA, they have an excellent national footprint and a loyal client base who they regularly receive repeat business from.
Working directly with the Estimating Manager, they are seeking an experienced Estimator who has a great attitude and desire to further learn and develop their career, progressing into a Senior Estimator. A business that empowers individuals and provides a broader scope of works and responsibility than traditional contractors.
A permanent full time position, with a stable and expanding business who are going from strength to strength. The position is based full time out of their office in Perth, Western Australia and will require the successful individual to have full working rights in Australia.
Western Australia has an excellent project outlook for 2021 with significant government stimulus packages and building projects being released. The amazing weather, affordable housing market and lack of COVID is certainly making WA an attractive place to be!
