The Company:

A privately owned company that started off 5 years ago. Senior Management is made up of ex Tier 1 operators, who have been in Senior positions at the likes of Multiplex & Lendlease. Having this management the company operates in a way that has seen them go from strength to strength. They currently have an office in Brisbane and Sydney and are looking to expand their market share in both territories.

The Role:

Reporting directly into the NSW operations manager you will be managing tenders valued between $1M - $25M within the fit out and construction sector.

The role is initially contract however it could also turn into a permanent opportunity for the right person if both parties are happy.

About you:

- The ideal candidate will have commercial fit out experience

- A proven track record of winning projects within the Australian market

- Priced project from $5M - $25M

- Experience working on multiple tenders at anyone time

- Understanding of the commercial and retails fit out space

- Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines

- Tertiary qualification in a quantity surveying or a similar field.
