Job description
Due to continued growth, my client are now seeking a Director/Associate Director (dependent on candidates experience) to drive the operations and development of their Brisbane office.
You will;
- Develop and grow a profitable Project Services Group in QLD leveraging off the business capabilities in NSW & VIC.
- Recruit, train and retain a team of highly skilled consultants in engineering management, project management, constructability, project planning and controls and comms and stakeholder management.
- Lead the Marketing and Business Development for QLD through strong client relationship management and the identification, pursuit and conversion of leads and opportunities.
- Lead multi-industry services commissions, including allocation and management of professional resources.
- Provide management and advisory services to Clients across a wide range of industries and/or disciplines.
- Offer leadership and management of the delivery of project services.
- Manage client relationships, establishing and working to meet expectations whilst ensuring project services are delivered efficiently, to budget and to the highest possible standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
o Accepted industry standards for risk, safety, and environmental management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree qualifications in Engineering or similar relevant discipline
- Competent in MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- 16 years+ of project management experience.
- Strong track record in successfully managing and completing large multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Highly developed problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed dispute resolution.
- Strong networks across the Queensland infrastructure space for business development opportunities.
- Strong track record in resolving commercial issues.
- Knowledge of standard engineering contracts
- Sound knowledge of:
o Accepted industry standards for risk, safety, and environmental management.
