As Development Manager you will be working for a developer builder boasting a successful 2019 leading to cash for new acquisition and a pipeline of work in contract or close.
Developments are multi unit residential and mixed use developments stretching from Wollongong, Rockdale, Hurstville and Concord between 150 - 700 units in size.
  
Responsibilities are to include but limited to the following:
- Client and stakeholder management
- Financial modelling
- Feasibility studies
- Planning and Approvals
- Master planning
- Design development
- Managing / appointing Consultants and subcontractors
- Marketing and sales
- Managing the tender process
- Managing Construction and driving contractors to practical completion
- Reporting
  
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate not only in person, but also in your CV the following:
- Experience in a delivering residential unit projects from start to finish
- degree qualification
- relevant product knowledge
- Commercially astute
- strong eye for detail
- Driven and ambitious
