An established Tier 2 builder who only operate in QLD with two offices are looking to add a Design Manager to their Gold Coast team. The business operates in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors and are known for delivering complex D&C Projects. They have been established for nearly 20 years.
 
The role – Design Manager
A Design Manager is needed to join the Gold Coast team. You will be one of three Design Managers in the Gold Coast team and they see this as a key role in the business. You will be across multiple projects that value from $2M to $70M from tender stage to construction. 
 
What you need to be considered

• Have previous experience working for a builder, preferably a Tier 2 builder as a Design Manager
• Either come from an Architectural background or a construction background 
• Have a mixed project portfolio
• High end multi level residential experience is key
• Stability with previous employers
• Worked for a known Tier 2 builder in Australia
• Must be based on the Gold Coast
