The Position
Due to the amount of work in hand we are actively seeking a Design Manager to work on front end design feasibility, buildability and value engineering through to the construction phase support and management across one or two project concurrently.
You'll work in a busy and vibrant office with a professional and dedicated team who work together to achieve a quality build from inception through to completion.

Key Skills / Desirable Background
- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
- Experience working within a contractor ideally from a construction management background
- Architecture background will be considered but you must have previous experience as a Design Manager with a builder
- A strong design delivery background and experience with tier one or two builders
- Experience working across health, retail or educational projects
