Job description

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by a new clients to Site based Contracts Administrator to join a project toward the close out stages. 
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager this site based role will mainly involve will be putting together procurement packages to subcontractor but will also involve sub-contract management, contract negotiation and assessing progress claims and variations. 
The role is an immediate start for a 6 month duration and applicants can be payed as PAYG or via a Ltd Company sub-consultant. We are looking to speak with Commercial professionals with the following experience:
- 5 years Civil Construction experience
- Experience dealing with commercial claims and variations 
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
- Prior experience with a civil subcontractor would be an advantage 
- Road experience is preferred
