The Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the commercial and site teams, you will be responsible for overseeing all contract administration functions across a complex high-rise project with hotel integration. This is a pivotal role that requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage contract workflows, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the commercial and site teams, you will be responsible for overseeing all contract administration functions across a complex high-rise project with hotel integration. This is a pivotal role that requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage contract workflows, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer subcontractor contracts in accordance with project timelines and company policies
- Prepare, issue, and manage contract documentation including scopes of work, variations, and progress claims
- Assess and process subcontractor claims, extensions of time, and variations
- Collaborate with the project and site teams to ensure procurement schedules align with construction timelines
- Monitor and report on contractual and financial performance
- Support the delivery of high-quality outcomes in line with the project budget and schedule
- Minimum 2–5 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally with a builder or builder-developer.
- Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects, with at least one hotel or mixed-use project involvement
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in relevant construction management software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore, Aconex)
- Work on iconic, skyline-defining projects based locally in Parramatta
