About Us:

Leading builder-developer with a proven track record in delivering landmark high-rise and mixed-use developments across Sydney. With a strong project pipeline and a commitment to quality and innovation, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented Contract Administrator with demonstrated experience in high-rise residential and hotel construction to join us them on their next major development.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the commercial and site teams, you will be responsible for overseeing all contract administration functions across a complex high-rise project with hotel integration. This is a pivotal role that requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage contract workflows, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer subcontractor contracts in accordance with project timelines and company policies
  • Prepare, issue, and manage contract documentation including scopes of work, variations, and progress claims
  • Assess and process subcontractor claims, extensions of time, and variations
  • Collaborate with the project and site teams to ensure procurement schedules align with construction timelines
  • Monitor and report on contractual and financial performance
  • Support the delivery of high-quality outcomes in line with the project budget and schedule
About You:
  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally with a builder or builder-developer.
  • Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects, with at least one hotel or mixed-use project involvement
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in relevant construction management software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore, Aconex)
