Our client is an award-winning design and construction company based in Brisbane. They specialize in high-end residential projects, particularly in the luxury suburbs of Brisbane and the Gold Coast as well as commercial and retail projects.

The business has been operating for over 12 years and have a positive reputation in the market.
  
The role – Contracts Administrator
The business has been successful in securing a large development which will begin construction in the valley in the coming weeks. The project is valued around the $80M mark and is a mixed use project.

We are looking for an experienced CA to join the team and you will be based on the project with the Project Manager.
  
What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5-10 years experience as a Contract Administrator
• A completed construction management degree
• Previous experience on projects of $30M plus
• Stability with previous employers
• Previous high rise experience preferred
