Opportunity 
As the current person in this role is taking a side step in their career, there is an opportunity to come in and work alongside an experienced Project Manager  as a contracts administrator. 
This role can offer so much more to a proactive candidate with you being able to be involved with every aspect of construction including - tendering, bid coordinator, contracts administration, WHS ETC 

The client are open to the work background of the right applicant as long as they have a sharp eye for detail, passion for architecture and experience within a contracts administrator role

Duties 
You would be essentially would be a key part of the team responsible for the going financials of the project

Responsibilities including :
  • Manage all costs and contractual matters.
  • Ensure project costs, revenues claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
  • Initiate, review, analyse the plan and administer the closing of contracts.
  • Liaise and effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
