The company
A well established family owned business who have significantly grown over the past 5 years are looking to add some key people into the teams in the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The projects they deliver vary in value up to $50M, and they operate in multiple sectors including industrial, education, hospitality, health and a very strong presence on the residential apartment market between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
  
The role – Contracts Administrator (Gold Coast)
We are looking for a CA who has anything from 4 years plus experience to join a project team on a $48M apartment build in the Gold Coast. You will be based 50/50 on site and in the office and will report to your Project Manager.
  
What we are looking for:
  • A completed construction management degree
  • Minimum of 4/5 years experience as a CA with another recognized builder
  • Experience in all sectors (building) will be considered
  • Previous use of Cheops would be an advantage to your application
  • Stability with previous employers
