Are you an experienced Mechanical HVAC Drafter looking to join a reputable engineering consultancy with long-term stability and genuine career growth?

Our client, a well-established design engineering firm in Perth, is seeking a skilled drafter to support their expanding pipeline of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The Opportunity
Working as part of a collaborative mechanical services team, you’ll produce high-quality HVAC documentation using Revit and AutoCAD, contributing to coordinated building services design across a wide range of projects. With hybrid working arrangements and excellent transport access, this role offers both flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed HVAC drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers and cross-discipline design teams
  • Assist with design coordination and clash detection
  • Ensure all drawings align with project requirements and industry standards
  • Support continuous improvements across drafting processes
About You:
  • Proven experience as a HVAC / Mechanical Services Drafter
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
  • Experience within building services environments (resi/commercial/industrial)
  • High attention to detail with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be a resident or Australian Citizen
