About the Opportunity A leading remedial and refurbishment builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an initial contract role with a strong view to transition into a permanent full-time position.
Working across commercial and residential remedial projects, including façade upgrades, structural repairs, waterproofing, and building refurbishments, this role offers long-term stability and the chance to shape the commercial function of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract administration and commercial functions across multiple remedial projects
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements, variations, EOTs, and claims
- Oversee procurement processes and manage tender packages
- Support project teams with commercial risk assessment and contractual advice
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate cost reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the remedial, refurbishment, or façade sector (essential)
- Strong understanding of building rectification, façade repair, and remedial construction methodologies
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear communicator who can work collaboratively with site and project teams
- Available for an ASAP start and open to transitioning to a permanent role
- Contract role with a genuine pathway to a permanent full-time position
