Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well known, reputable national commercial construction head contractor, who due to new projects starting require an experienced Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a contract basis to support upcoming projects.
The client have a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of commercial construction projects - typically ranging from $1m-$50m in size - Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare etc.
The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you will be supporting the Commercial Manager, working across a few smaller projects simultaneously in this hybrid role between office and site - Perth metro projects.
All typical CA responsibilities which include; sub contractor management, claims, variations, RFI's, working with the Commercial Manager and supporting the project delivery teams.
We do not require this individual to have prior commercial construction experience, we're open to a professional who has come from a variety of sectors, across either Buildings, NPI, Civil Infrastructure or Resources sectors and relevant degree qualifications.
The contract is available for an immediate start and will run for an approximate duration of 3 months. You'll be paid on an hourly rate basis, ranging between $70-80p/h depending on experience.
