Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with the Director of a newly created entity, a commercial & industrial building head contractor under the umbrella of a larger contractor who have some exciting and ambitious growth plans to grow the business.
A key hire for the business, they're looking for a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator who is driven & wants to rapidly progress their career, with direct mentorship from the Director and develop and grow into an established Project Manager, expanding with the business. A rare opportunity that doesn't come around often, and this type of exposure will fast track your career exponentially.
The Client
The business is a commercial & industrial building head contractor, who specialises in the delivery of projects in the $3-20m range, already with a number of blue chip clients, to deliver a range of projects across Perth metro.
As they are under the umbrella of a larger group, however running as their own entity, not only do they have a strong financial backing, but also established relationships, clients and projects already secured.
The Role - Contract Administrator
A hybrid role that will see you operating as a Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator in a dual role, directly supporting the Director and site delivery team.
You'll gain a diverse range of exposure across projects, from design, pre-con all the way through to delivery / handover.
An opportunity that is well suited to a driven, commercially astute PC/CA who has the drive & ambition to fast track a career in project management.
Ideally we're looking for a professional with 2-4 years experience in either an estimating/CA/PC capacity within commercial construction - either fit out, new build or refurbs, who holds a Bachelors in Construction Management.
