Office based position - Sydney's Inner West
With annual revenues in excess of $200M and approximately 100 staff nationally , our client provides innovative construction solutions across the aged care , food & beverage, renewable energies, commercial & industrial sectors. These sectors are expected to be busy for the foreseeable and my client is gearing up in accordance, currently experiencing a period of growth.
The position
Due to a number of new projects about to kick ranging in value between $20M - $40M we are assisting with the recruitment of a Contract Administrator that comes from a strong commercial background. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting
This is a permanent position that will be paying between $120,000 - $140,000.
Ideal background
This is a permanent position that will form part of a successful and high achieving project management team. The majority of our client’s workforce have a tenure of between 3-5 years and the executive management team are well bedded into the organisation therefore staff benefit from a collaborative working environment.

Ideal background
- Construction Management degree
- Have experience working across commercial projects with local mid tier builders
- Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
- Experience using a professional costing software such as Cheops
- Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity
