The Role
We’re seeking a proactive Contract Administrator with proven commercial fit-out experience to support upcoming projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of contract management across the project lifecycle and ensure smooth delivery from procurement through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Manage project documentation, variations, RFIs, and progress claims
- Support procurement processes and tender evaluations
- Maintain accurate financial tracking and forecasting
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Minimum 2–3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
- Commercial fit-out experience is essential
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Available for an ASAP start
- Contract role with the view to extend
