The Company:
Our client have been established for over 16 years and are one of Sydney's best regarded tier 2 fit out builders in Sydney. They have forged strong internal teams, collaborative work environment and offer people the opportunity to shine. 
 
Projects:
They are known for delivering fit out and refurbishment projects up to $10m and operate in sectors such as commercial, retail and hospitality.  
 
Role: 
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a contract administrator to support a Senior PM working across a couple of projects ranging from $500k to $10m working in the commercial and industrial fit out sector.   
 
Location:
You will be office based which is located in Eastern Suburbs and you will working alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager who is a likeable and professional person who will help you develop through the next stage of your career.
 
You'll have: 

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years experience
• Ideally have some commercial experience ideally being fit out
• Ideally Completed Construction Management degree however I 
• Worked with a known builder in the Australian building industry
• Eager to succeed
• Jobpac experience desirable - Not essential
