CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who have recently secured 2 new apartment developments in Perth metro area, ranging from $15-$25m and as a result, are expanding their team with the addition of an experienced Contracts Administrator. 

A business that has over 25 staff locally in Perth, and a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of commercial construction projects across Perth & WA, typically ranging from $10-50m. 

A highly experienced senior leadership team, and take on negotiated projects with existing clients, as opposed to lower margin / tender style construction, which creates a more enjoyable environment. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

You'll be the main CA across the 2 projects, working in close collaboration with an experienced Project Manager, Construction Manager & delivery team on the projects. 

A hybrid role between site & the projects, you'll take on all typical CA responsibilities that include; Contracts management, claims, RFI's, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and maintaining organised records etc.
