CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established national fit out & refurbishment contractor who have recently been awarded a new $30m heavy refurbishment project based in Perth CBD and as a result have a requirement for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. 

A national commercial building contractor who have recently expanded in Perth and are building their local team & capability. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

A site based position, where you will join a small tight knit team comprising of Project Manager and Site Manager & Supervisor, acting as the sole Contract Administrator on the project. The project consists of 12 floors, an existing shell, full refurbishment and the project is expected to run for approx 15 months. 

You will work closely with the project delivery team, reporting into the Senior Project Manager, overseeing all the financials on the project, managing sub contractors, RFI, variations etc. across the project from start to finish.

Highly competitive salary package on offer in this self sufficient position, up to $160k package, depending on experience.
