Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our client for a contract-based role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals  with experience in commercial new build or fit out projects. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring smooth contract administration throughout the construction process.

  • Heavy on procurement
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective cost control and contract administration
  • Letting of packages
  • Previous experience in quantity surveying and or contract administration on commercial/ industrial / data centre new build projects
  • Experience with similar size builder doing procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
