The Company:

Our client is an international developer who are widely growing across Australia with major projects in NSW, QLD and Victoria. They have a unique capability where they are involved in projects from providing strategic investments solutions, project development, offer both in-house design & construction capabilities and handover.  
The Role: 
  • Contract Administrator reporting to a PM and GM. Full CA responsibilities including Head contract administration, scope writing, cost reporting etc. 
  • This is a new role due to growth. You will be working on a $80m commercial and industrial project in Western Sydney
Your Background: 
  • Ideally, we are looking for a Contract Administrator who is fed up of the red tape and bureaucracy of a larger tier two and wants the freedom to run projects themselves
  • You must have good computer skills and, have strong communication skills with the ability to work for a small busy team under your own steam.
