CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established, expanding and highly regarding Industrial & Commercial building head contractor who have an excellent reputation and proven background in delivering high quality D&C projects across Perth. 

Due to growth and newly awarded projects, the team are now looking to bring on board an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role within the business. 

The Company

Having been established over 15 years ago within Perth, this business has a quality reputation and regularly receives repeat business from clients. 

With over 20 staff, they are a medium sized business with a very personable and collaborative approach to construction, specialising in D&C projects up to $30m. 

The Position - Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers and the delivery team in this office based role, based out of an open plan office in West Perth. Occasional site visits when required. 

As CA, you'll take responsibility for sub contractor management, project financials, reporting, RFI's etc. in this highly diverse and varied position.
