This builder is one of NSWs premier commercial builders operating in government, educational, aged care and industrial sectors offering design and construct and construction management services. They have been in business over 20 years and successfully operate regional offices to undertake works in remote parts of NSW. Last year’s turnover was approx. $200M.

The opportunity
Based in their Sydney office you will support an experienced Project Manager delivering commercial project valued to $15M. This will include the administration of sub contracts ( procurement, payments, variation assessment) whilst working closely the site team to achieve project milestones.
Ideally you will also have had exposure to dealing with the head contract and be family with government contracts
You will join and initially work across a sporting facility and industrial project
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 120K – 150K can be expected
Ideal background
- Construction Management degree or related and min of 3 year post graduate experience
- Experience working with a commercial builder on large scale projects
- Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
- Experience using Cheops
- Valid Drivers Lic
