This ambitious builder who were founded in Victoria over 50 years ago have been operating in the QLD Market for over 10 years now and are continuing to grow year on year focusing on projects in the health, commercial, agecare sectors.
 
About the role – Contract Administrator

Due to continued success across the business, successful tenders won and upcoming tenders in the new year they are looking to appoint a mid level Contracts Administrator to join the team.  You will be based on site with the rest of the project team and report to the Senior CA and your Project Manager.

Your first project will be a $50M health project located in Hamilton.
 
Skills and Experience

• Around 3 to 7 years experience as a CA
• Worked with a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• Proven history on projects of $25M plus
• Stability with previous employers
• Able to lead a team if necessary
• Previous experience with Cheops would be an advantage
