The Role:
Having recently secured two new projects, they are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer to join their team, initially focusing on an $8 million high-end demolition and construction project in Northbridge.
Working closely with one of the company's Directors on a daily basis, the responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing interactions with subcontractors.
• Drafting scopes of work for tender.
• Preparing documentation for subcontractors and issuing contracts.
• Reviewing and evaluating supplier invoices and progress claims from subcontractors for payment.
• Ensuring that ongoing contracts adhere to schedules and allocated budgets.
• Coordinating with consultants and architects to ensure precise and feasible design implementation.
• Conducting weekly cost reporting and final account preparation for the project management team.
