The company
A well known QLD developer who over the past two years have started their own building arm are known for delivering top quality high rise apartment projects valuing from $30M up top $100M. They currently have two projects that the building arm is delivering and we are looking for some additional support in this division.
The role – Construction Manager/Project Director (GOLD COAST)
We are looking for an experienced construction professional to come in and add additional support to the two teams delivering their current projects. You will be overseeing the two projects assisting the current site team and current Project Managers. They have many projects in the pipeline over the next 5 years and intend to grow the division.
The two projects currently in construction are both valued around the $50M mark.
What we are looking for:

What we are looking for:
- Come from a site background or a PM background
- Experience with well known builders delivering high rise residential projects
- Able to lead a team with multiple staff
- Have at least 10 to 15 years plus previously in a Senior Site Manager role or Project Manager role
- Stability with previous employers
