• The company currently holds a strong financial position and is hiring due to a growth phase.
• The role is based to the south of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

• As a cadet you will learn all aspects of Construction. From Contracts Administration, Estimating, Design and of course, gain valuable on site exposure.
• You will receive on the job training and be mentored by the senior management to achieve career success
• The company can accommodate your uni days and breaks for exams, and you will be joining a team of 3 cadets  

You will support the team in the following areas

• Liaising with all trades and suppliers
• Liaising with Client/Project Superintendent
• Attending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent onsite
• Effective communication with other team members
• Cost management of trades through construction process
• General administrative duties
• Document control
• Processing and review of invoices/progress claims

Required qualifications:

• 2nd - 3rd year in a Construction Management degree or related
• Relevant practical experience beneficial but not required, some form of work history will be highly regarded
• Drivers licence & own reliable car
