CGC Recruitment are in partnership with an established family-owned Civil Engineering Contractor who are recruiting Civil Supervisors to work on land development projects located throughout the metropolitan area. With site locations both North and South of the River the business has a strong pipeline of work affording their staff job security and continuity of local work.
Our client is keen to speak to Civil Supervisors with a strong background delivering civil infrastructure and subdivision projects including bulk earthworks, drainage, services and road construction.
 
Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, directing and supporting your team onsite ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential candidate criteria:

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision / land development projects.
• Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement and road construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• High regard and compliance to all HSE policies and procedures
• Construction White Card.
• Drivers Licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Permanent Australian working rights.
