Project Manager - Fixed Plant Projects (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Perth, WA
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established FMCG food business in Perth. This role will see you managing and delivering a range of fixed plant and technical projects across the site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This 12-month fixed term contract is ideally suited to a project professional who has experience working within the food manufacturing or FMCG environment, delivering plant upgrades, equipment installations, and other technical improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of fixed plant and capital projects within a food manufacturing environment
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of new plant and equipment
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project risks while maintaining clear project reporting

About You

• Proven experience delivering technical or capital projects within the food / FMCG industry
• Degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline or a strong technical trade background (Electrical or Mechanical) with significant project delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in operational manufacturing environments
