This forward-thinking consultancy specialises in Land Development, partnering with developers, local councils and private clients on residential subdivisions, commercial precincts and community-shaping infrastructure. With continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Civil CAD Drafter who wants to upskill toward a Civil Designer role using 12D software.

The Role
You will work closely with Civil Designers and Engineers to deliver high-quality drafting across a range of Land Development projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in Civil CAD drafting who wants to broaden their technical capability and step into 12D modelling over time.

What You’ll Need
  • Strong experience as a Civil CAD Drafter (essential)
  • Background in Land Development projects (subdivisions, infrastructure, earthworks, roads, drainage)
  • Strong AutoCAD capability
  • Eagerness to learn 12D and transition into a Civil Designer position
  • Clear communication and a collaborative, team-focused attitude
Why Apply?
  • Career pathway: Full support to develop into a Civil Designer (12D)
  • Work-life balance: Hybrid WFH flexibility
  • Supportive team: Collaborative, approachable and invested in your growth
  • Diverse projects: Land development, subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities
If you are a CAD expert looking to advance your career in Civil design and develop skills in 12D, we’d love to hear from you.
