Opportunity
They work on both high-end homes up to the value of $20m. This opportunity is to work on some of the most exclusive properties in Sydney.
You with initial be based in the office for the first couple of months and get taught how to use the systems and get tutorship from an experienced Project Manager. The first project that you will be based on is an ultra-high end new build home in Cronulla which includes multiple stories, a tennis court, a swimming pool and high-end finishes. 

Requirements
Although this is a position for a cadet you will need to have a good understanding of construction, be able to read basis architectural drawings and understand the process of planning. The ideal candidate must have the following

• Construction Management degree qualified
• General construction knowledge
• Ideally Shire based
• Honest attitude
• Enthusiasm

Duties
Due to the nature of the position you will be carrying out a range of duties including

• Site Inductions
• Document Control
• Purchasing
• Dealing directly with subcontractors
• Updating the site diaries

This position would suit someone who is proactive and is keen to cement themselves in a successful high-end builder
