The role
This is a great opportunity for a senior level Building Services Engineer, with a preferred background in either Mechanical or Electrical design, yet a Fire or Hydraulic Engineer will also be considered.
This a unique opportunity for a confident and presentable engineer, who might be interested in managing a newly created high volume business unit, tasked with delivering a variety of small to medium projects.
The current team consists of 6, with the view to grow that to 10+ in the new year as a result of current workload and pipeline. The team will be delivering anywhere between 80-100 jobs at a time and the focus of the leadership role would be to manage the team with delivery and accompany the NSW Building Services leader on meetings with a view to represent your team and their capabilities.

The requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Design
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical Building services experience in AU essential
- A tertiary degree in Electrical or Mechanical Design
- Passion for building services
