Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients in Sydney and surrounding areas who require fire protection services and testing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry.
- Create and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure service and testing offerings meet industry standards and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Fire related qualifications / accreditations
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the fire protection industry.
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
