Business Development Manager – Fit Out Industry

  • Attractive & motivating commission structure
  • Company Ute after probation
  • Some aspects of the role are field based, travel is necessary, interstate travel will be fully expensed
  • Realistic KPIs that are achievable
  • Training and development offered

$110k–$145k + super / OTE up to $250k in the first year

 
 What you’re responsible for:
  • Implementing agreed business development strategies aligned with both national and local goals & priorities.
  • Collaborating across disciplines to enhance team performance in handovers.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Client Partnerships to ensure alignment of our brand with client approaches.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients.
  • Supporting the focus of continued identification and acquisition of new clients in collaboration with the Business Development and Client Relations teams.
  • Mapping and cultivating key local client relationships, including new, existing, and past contacts and firms.
  • Playing an active role in fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment through collaboration and shared goals across different disciplines and regions.
  • Participating actively in lead generation & management as directed by the Head of Client Partnerships.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Implementing the Business Development methodology, standards, practices, processes, and technological solutions within the Studio to improve the organization’s capability and effectiveness.
  
How we’ll measure it:
  • Ensuring qualified leads and handovers align with local & national targets, assessed on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintaining a leads and opportunity pipeline that meets agreed targets and adheres to our methodology.
  • Demonstrating creativity in achieving results.
  • Fostering openness and effective communication across disciplines and teams.
  • Collaborating effectively to develop solutions that positively impact other teams and disciplines.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely input of information into the CRM system.
  • Consistently applying standards, technology solutions, and processes to enhance business capability, promote best practices, and achieve efficiencies.
  • Incorporating lessons learned and adapting strategies accordingly.
