About the role
Join a growing contractor specialising in concrete remediation works across WA's resources and infrastructure sectors. This is a long-term FIFO role (2:1 roster) with a 40% site uplift.
 
The opportunity

• Lead a 4-year maintenance project relining culverts for a tier one miner.
• Option to take 3-4 months off during the rainy season when site work pauses.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on-site teams to deliver projects safely and to quality standards.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and drive a safety-first culture.

About you

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, ideally with remedial concrete/shotcrete.
• Worked on remote sites for major miners (e.g., Rio Tinto).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of concrete pumping systems highly desirable.
• White Card, First Aid, and relevant certifications.
• Valid driver's licence.
