- Deliver building surveying, compliance assessments, and certification services
- Review plans and documentation against the NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and developers to resolve compliance matters
- Level 1: Lead complex assessments and mentor junior surveyors
- Level 2: Deliver assessments for low–medium rise and residential projects
- Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying
- Registration or accreditation as a Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor (or progressing toward accreditation)
- Strong working knowledge of the NCC, BCA, and WA legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing technical development
- Valid WA driver's licence - MUST
