Are you a skilled Bid Manager with a passion for contributing to large-scale projects in the power and renewables sector? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a top-tier infrastructure company working on major bids in Sydney.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to assist with critical bids in the power and renewables space. This is a 6-month contract role, where you'll play a key role in driving successful bid strategies for high-value infrastructure projects. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, competitive bids that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of bids from initiation to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with the business development, technical, and project teams to develop winning bid strategies.
• Lead and coordinate bid content, compliance, and pricing to meet client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all bid documentation is accurate, thorough, and aligned with internal standards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitors, and client needs in the power and renewables sector.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager within the infrastructure, power, or renewables sectors.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
