Position Overview:
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the electrical engineering team within this esteemed consultancy. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, the successful candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Design and Innovation: Drive the development of innovative and sustainable electrical engineering solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and build strong relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of electrical engineering are consistently met.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring all projects comply with local and international requirements.
• Budgeting and Resource Management: Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, working closely with other engineering disciplines and professionals.

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on building services.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
