ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER- CLIENT SIDE
$80-$90K Package

Our client is a national mid-tier project management consultancy, ever expanding and looking to relocate into a larger premises in the coming years. They are industry leaders in the infrastructure, commercial, health, education and defence sectors in new build and asset maintenance works. They are searching for an upcoming cadet, contracts administrator or site engineer who has come from a contractor background and looking to move into client side work. The benefits of working client side can be that of working set hours in the office, no overtime work on weekends and acting as a consultative manager to head contractors and stakeholders. 

You will:

• Work for a client-side project management consultancy
• Develop project briefs, planning and design
• Procure and liaise with consultants, stakeholders and contractors
• Manage and oversee cost expenditure of projects

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar.
• Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in the project management sector
• Experience managing payment claims and variations 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks
• A strong positive and optimistic presence
