The Company:

This contractor manufacture and install commercial joinery across Health Care, Aged Care, Education, Hospitality and Corporate industries. As a national contractor they have established themselves as market leaders within their sectors. You will be joining a dynamic, structured, and progressive team who will support you in the role.

The Position 

• Based in Minchinbury
• Leading and managing the day to day activities in the assembly production process
• Ensuring and maintaining quality, safety and efficiency of production 
• Planning and scheduling of materials, production, machinery and labour 
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors 
• Daily toolbox talks, highlighting target, outcomes and safety
• Reporting to Directors & Operations Manager

About you:

• Trade background in Joinery/Cabinet Making/Furniture
• Bring innovation and collaborative enthusiasm.
• Highly organised and self sufficient 
• Natural leadership skills with a hands on approach.
• Commercially astute with ambition for success and innovation
