Job description
CGC are seeking a Submissions Coordinator to run a fast-paced team within a small corporate architectural practice, based close to Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to gather project information and materials for submissions.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive project proposals, permit applications, and bid packages.
- Ensure all submissions meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
- Maintain an organized record of all project submissions, deadlines, and status updates.
- Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to ensure the timely processing of permits.
- Communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and team members to obtain necessary information for submissions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of submission templates and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and permitting processes to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the project teams as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a submissions or project coordination role within the architecture industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and permitting regulations and processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience within Architecture Industry
