Job description
This well-respected and structured civil contractor is in a growth phase and looking for an experienced administration officer to come in and make their move into an office manager role. You will be in a sole administration position so you will need to have previous experience in the following -

- Managing the day to day office administration.
- Weekly payroll, preparing of wages and superannuation
- Bookkeeping and Invoice preparation
- Provide PA support to Director when required
- Telephone inquiries: Sales/Suppliers/Clients
- Ad-hoc reporting, administration and project support
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive small team focused approach
