Join a well-known mid-tier builder, office based position on the Upper North Shore. Will suit someone who lives nearby in the North Sydney, North Shore, Lower Hills area. 

The Position
Seeking a junior who has an interest in WHS and a systems pathway.
$60-65k + Super based on experience. 
The role has the potential to grow into whatever area your passion lies across WHS and systems or submissions. 
  • General administration duties for the office
  • Support the WHS teams with admin support
  • Support the office manager
  • Admin across the systems
  • Prepare tender submissions liaising with estimators, suppliers, and management.
  • Coordinate with our Estimators to support the delivery of tenders and estimating projects. 
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years working in a similar role or within bids or administration or WHS
  • Must have an interest in Construction and WHS and ideally a bit of experience
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
