This leading established luxury residential company have built some of the most eye-catching projects across the Eastern Suburbs. Having worked within the luxury market for over 20 years they have a diverse range of unique projects including high value Architectural homes and High-end boutique Extension projects valued up to $20m.
Due to an internal movement within the company they are looking to bring on a Working Foreman to join what is an already established team based here in Sydney.
You will be joining a up and coming Australia owned contractor, who have a strong team ethic reporting directly into the General Manager.
The Role

The Role
- Experience on high end projects in the Eastern Sub and Lower North Shore
- Well-spoken professional
- Carpentry background
- Experience on working new build or large renovations
- Previous experience managing sites
- Experience working on projects $2m plus
- Looking to cement themselves with a company for the long-term
- Knowledge of architectural drawings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as externally.
- Salary of up to $120k
