We’re partnering with a leading fire protection contractor to find an experienced Wet Fire Service Technician to join their Sydney team.

This is a hands-on service and testing role across commercial buildings, supporting ongoing maintenance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for routine service, inspection, and testing of wet fire systems across a range of commercial sites. You’ll also support basic dry fire testing as needed to ensure full system compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, test and maintain sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, and associated pipework
• Perform routine AS1851 inspections
• Carry out basic dry fire testing, including alarms, panels, detectors, extinguishers, and EWIS
• Identify faults and complete minor repairs where required
• Complete service reports and ensure compliance documentation is accurate
• Liaise with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

• Qualified Sprinkler Fitter (mandatory)
• Solid experience working on commercial wet fire systems
• Understanding of general dry fire testing
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach on client sites
• Current driver’s licence
