The Role


You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end bid process, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance across proposals and tender submissions. This is a busy and fast-paced role that involves working closely with multiple internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and maintaining the bid and tender process
  • Collecting and collating information from estimating, design, and project teams
  • Preparing and formatting proposals, tender submissions, and supporting documentation
  • Developing supporting visuals and diagrams where required
  • Tracking progress of all active bids and maintaining registers
  • Ensuring all submissions align with internal and client standards
  • Providing administrative support as required
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Construction, Business, Project Management)
  • 3–7 years’ experience in bid coordination, estimating, or project support within construction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Focused personality but personable and able to build strong working relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Medium level proficiency in Adobe suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
  • Familiarity with project management or estimating software is a plus
