With multiple residential tower projects now underway and industrial builds on the horizon, they're entering a major growth phase.
This is an exciting time to join—you’ll be involved from the get-go, with the chance to help shape not just projects, but the direction of the business itself.
Your Role:
- Deliver fully compliant and efficient wet and dry fire designs for residential and industrial projects.
- Use Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality documentation.
- Engage with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
- Get involved in broader areas of the business—from systems and standards to innovation and process improvement—if that interests you.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with AS:2118, AS:2419, AS:1670 and relevant codes
- Perform hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing
- Coordinate with local authorities and prepare submissions for approval
- Solid experience in wet fire systems (hydrants, sprinklers, etc.)
- Some exposure to dry fire systems (detection, EWIS, etc.)
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- FPAS accreditation is highly regarded, but not essential
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment—not a cog in the machine
- Excellent knowledge of AS:2118, AS:2419, AS:1670 and relevant codes
- $140k – $180k salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- 1-day WFH per week (flexible arrangement as you settle in)
- A say in how things are done—your input matters here
- A real opportunity to grow with the business and diversify your skills
